Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Please choose from the available options before adding items to your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of Australia, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may also deposit directly into our bank account if you do not wish to use your credit card.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are based on weight and service zone and will appear on your order summary as
you complete the information on our secure order form prior to final checkout. Shipping Fees will be finalized once the total number of packages and weight are confirmed. If there is a difference in cost from the stated shipping fee you will be contacted by email or phone.

Shipping is available World Wide.

Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 - 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 - 15 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed or called with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. Partial orders may be shipped but will incur additional shipping fees.

Tax Charges All orders are GSTfree. Bladerunner Graphics is not responsible for any tax or duties that may incure when shipped to your country. This is the responsibility of the purchaser.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. If there are any defects in the products you receive please return them to Bladerunner Graphics. For more information please review the Returns Policy.

Returns Policy If the item you receive is not right, (including defects, incorrect size or style), simply return it to Bladerunner Graphics within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold in a set (i.e. Graphics with shadow) it must be returned as a set. Any item that shows signs of wear will no longer be in original condition. Bladerunner Graphics will not accept or process your return if the items are not in their original condition. Bladerunner Graphics makes the final determination whether the items are suitable for return or exchange.

Bladerunner Graphics is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.

Any item marked as CLEARANCE is not considered for any refund or exchange unless the item is found to be defective within 30 days of purchase. If a CLEARANCE item is defective an exchange for a similar item is allowed.
